InSight Intelligence: Skewing the plate
It is difficult and time-consuming to manually get the plate perfectly square on the machine.
In less than 30 seconds, InSight automatic skewing feature will find the edges, and skew the plate. Place the laser beam within 4" of the corner of the plate, and select skew function. The laser will find the edges of the plate and automatically skew the plate to the controller.

Cutting can be monitored from your office, home or smart phone.
Everything the operator sees, you can also see remotely. You can choose to watch the Industry-leading 3D graphics, or live feed from an optional camera.

Intuitive Software Design: Remnant cutoff
Remnant cut off made easy with the embedded Steel Solution software and measuring laser.
The laser finds the edge of the plate for fast, reliable edge starting of the Plasma. By knowing the location of the edges, InSight control is able not only to automatically edge start the plasma, but to ramp the plasma up and down to increase electrode life.
